Choose useful reach

Use the shortest practical run.

Measure the actual route with slack for connection and strain relief. More length increases cable resistance; a longer option does not guarantee a stable setup with every source.

Input adapter

USB-C PD to DC5521

The cable kit pairs a 100W USB-C PD to DC5521 adapter with the long cable. Verify the source offers 20V/5A on the selected port; a total wattage label is not enough.

Power delivery

16AWG DC cable

The long cable carries power to the Mini. Length, source voltage, current and connector resistance all affect the voltage available at the far end.

Connection and routing

Support the full path

Keep adapter junctions dry and free of strain. Leave slack at the Mini and route the cable away from door gaps, sharp bends and walking paths.
